5 Steps to Success
Where does your organization stand in the excellence hierarchy?
The five-stage model for implementing excellence in project management enables organizations to identify, measure, and advance their organizational maturity level. Assess your organization and discover how you can progress to the next stage.

Certification benefits
Today, more than ever, business success depends on the ability to manage projects efficiently and professionally. Many organizations understand the importance of successful project management, but few manage to reach the highest level of performance.
While individual certifications focus on developing the capabilities of individual project managers, IPMA Delta® expands the perspective to the overall organizational level. It evaluates the methodologies, processes, and capabilities of the organization as a whole.
Through this assessment, based on rigorous international standards, organizations can identify strengths, opportunities for improvement, and develop a focused action plan to advance their project management capabilities. The certification allows organizations to compare themselves to international standards and leading organizations worldwide.
