Knowledge Confirmation

If you aspire to join the ranks of successful managers in the world of project management, The "knowledge confirmation" is the first stop on the way to professional success in the field of project management.
This stage is intended for candidates who have not yet gained 3 years of experience in the field of work in which they are interested in managing projects.

To pass this stage successfully, candidates must meet the following requirements:

Pay an exam fee.
pass the professional certification exam, held in the Hebrew language, with a score of at least 75.

Graduates who meet these requirements will receive official approval for passing the "knowledge confirmation" certification exam. This approval is an important first step towards obtaining a QPM certification, which allows you to manage a project in all its components, and this after accumulating 3 years of professional experience in the field.
Obtaining a "knowledge confirmation" certificate is recognition by the "Project Manager Certification Organization in Israel" for the knowledge you have acquired in the field of project management. You have shown that you are familiar with the management tools as described in the Individual Competence Baseline® of the international IPMA organization.

Level QPM

The QPM certification (Qulified) is a recognition of the relevant professional experience of the candidate and his skills to serve as a project manager in his field of expertise.

To be eligible for certification at this level, the candidate must meet the following requirements:

Pay an exam fee.
pass the professional qualification exam, held in the Hebrew language, with a score of at least 75.
Submit a statement that he has worked in a relevant executive role within projects of medium complexity, for at least 3 years out of the last 6 years, in an organization or independently.

Obtaining the QPM level certification is proof that the candidate knows the management tools as defined in the Individual Competence Baseline® of the international IPMA organization, and is able to apply them consistently while assuming the responsibility required of a certified project manager.
Moreover, the certification testifies to the candidate's professionalism in his field of work, which gives him the trust of managers and clients professionally.
After receiving the certification, the candidate will be able to manage projects in his field in a professional and consistent manner.

*In cases where the approving committee deems it appropriate, it will be entitled to require the candidate to produce certificates and/or recommendations from relevant sources, in order to prove the correctness of the statement he submitted regarding his professional experience in executive roles in projects as detailed above.

Level P-QPM

Obtaining P-QPM certification (Professional) is recognition of your extensive experience in project management roles in the relevant field.

Receiving the certification indicates that you are familiar with the management tools defined in the Individual Competence Baseline® of the international IPMA organization, and that you have demonstrated the ability to apply them consistently over the years, while bearing responsibility in managerial and leading positions.

You are a valued professional in your field, who is recognized by his colleagues and clients as a senior position of a seasoned project manager.

To be eligible for this certification, you must meet the following requirements:

Pay an exam fee.
pass the professional certification exam, held in the Hebrew language, with a score of at least 75.
Submit a statement that you have acted as a project manager in the relevant field, in an organization or independently, for at least 4 years out of the last 8 years, during which you have managed at least 2 projects with a total budget of up to NIS 40 million.
Submit an activity report on 2 projects totaling NIS 40 million that you have carried out over the past 8 years.

*In cases where the certifying committee deems it appropriate, it will be entitled to require you to produce certificates and/or recommendations from relevant sources, in order to prove the correctness of the statement you submitted regarding your professional experience as detailed above.

Level E-QPM

The E-QPM certification (Expert) is the highest level of recognition given by the organization to senior and experienced project managers.

Obtaining the certification indicates that you are fully conversant with the management tools defined in the IPMA Individual Competence Baseline®, have demonstrated an exceptional ability to apply them consistently over many years, demonstrating the highest level of competence in highly complex project environments and achieving full responsibility in management, leadership and project leadership roles Seniors.

You are a professional in your own right, recognized and appreciated by your colleagues and clients as truly worthy of the senior and high-quality position of a seasoned project manager for complex and high-budget projects.

To be eligible for this prestigious certification, you must meet the following requirements:

To pay a certificate fee.
Submit a statement that you have worked in a complex project management position in the relevant field, in an organization or independently, for at least 10 years out of the last 15 years, during which you have managed at least 4 high-budget projects.
Submit an activity report on at least 4 projects during this period, the scope of which exceeds 40 million NIS per project, or the execution of a mega-project with a total scope of at least 100 million NIS.
To pass an interview in which you will present 2 projects that you have completed.

*At this certification level, there is no examination. In cases where the certifying committee deems appropriate, it shall be entitled to require you to provide certifications and/or speak with your references, in order to verify the accuracy of the declaration you submitted regarding your professional experience as detailed above.

Recognized courses to prepare for the QPM certification exam

The Israeli Association for Project Manager Qualification has recognized ICPM- the Israeli Center for Project Management as the accredited body to deliver the official training courses in preparation for the QPM certification exams at various levels.

The project management courses recognized by the QPM Certification Association are conducted by the Israeli Center for Project Management. The association maintains strict and ongoing oversight of the course content, syllabi, and teaching standards at the center to ensure adherence to the high standards and stringent requirements defined for the necessary knowledge for the certifications.

Graduates of the official courses at the Israeli Center for Project Management undergo structured preparation as part of the course and take the certification exam, aiming to obtain the prestigious professional QPM certification in accordance with the detailed requirements.
